install these packages

qemu virt-manager virt-viewer dnsmasq vde2 bridge-utils openbsd-netcat

```

start the services

edit this file

```
/etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf

```

for windows you need also the Virt IO Driver

for windows delete 2 lines in the xml config

```

<timer name="pit" tickpolicy="delay"/>

and put this on yes

<timer name="hpet" present="no"/>

```
